What are the methods to relax?

Sit back, lie down or take any comfortable pose that won’t affect the baby and get aware of your breath.  Let go of any of the feelings that comes in your mind. Do not pass any judgments. Be in the presence of happiness. By answering simple questionnaire, observing the behaviour pattern and if needed taking training sessions will help to solve the threatening problems and feel reassured.  This sure will reduce stress.
