Acute abdominal or back pain
Spondylosis, lumbago
Technique:
Sit with left leg folded at knee so that foot is close to the inner thigh of the right leg. Bend forward from hip and reach the toes with both arms. Repeat on the other side. Rhythmic breathing.

Benefits:
General disorders of stomach are relieved.
Minor defects of spine can be corrected.
Menstrual cycle can be corrected for young women.
