Severe back, neck ache.
Any severe abdominal pain/ problems.
Technique
Lying on abdomen, place forearm on the floor and raise the chin and chest gradually up as far as possible.
Benefits:
Helps in curing indigestion, constipation
Good for thyroid glands.
Removes fatigue of spine, back, neck and waist.
